Just updated from 6.12 to 6.13 with no hitch. However, I get this problem when new users try to sign up.

My apologies. It was a fire over at my service provider's servers that caused this problem. I hope I didn't cause any confusion.

Anyway, now that the problem has been resolved, I'd like to add that the upgrade was successful and we are not experiencing any other bugs so far.

I'm also experiencing this same problem on a VPS with the following configuration: Apache/2.2.8 (Ubuntu) PHP/5.2.4-2ubuntu5.5 with Suhosin-Patch.

Could you please tell what your hosting provider did in order to solve this.
