Make freeform list fields clickable

Description
When you view a user's profile, clicking on a term within a freeform list field will take you to a page where all users who contain that term are listed. Can terms in freeform list fields displayed through this module be linked in the same way?
Further, would it be possible to make this module generate the list of users created when the user clicks on a term? Currently, the terms on the user's profile link to a simple list of usernames and avatars. It would be great to be able to include the extra fields from this module.
