Yes, this is a duplicate of that issue.

XML sitemap doesn't insert anything into menus. That's a known Drupal core issue with the {menu_router} table running a rebuild. If you search the Drupal issues I know you can find it.

i do the steps from the related #454442: The code doesn't verify if there is already a row with the same value for the loc field.
after rebuild i get no errors anymore but in the sitemap still duplicates if you know the issue please let me know ..i dont knew the keys for the search
