One timer/one ticket notification

Description

It would be nice if there was a "nag" button on every ticket with the ability to send notification once to some users. There could be a pre-defined nag that would be used for that

Patches welcome. It's not something I intend to add myself, but I'd be happy to merge well written code that accomplishes this.

yes, that's why i submitted this issue now in the nag module (which i hadn't found before). I would be nice to see if my patch could go easily in the nag module or not
