This is a bugfix release. The most important issue has been the wrong day/night calculation.

* #660364: Wrong day/night calculation
* Usability: rewrite some labels in the admin interface that lead to wrong city displayed.
* #704734: Deleted city doesn't remove the block

This release is due mainly to a change in the Yahoo Weather API.

IMPORTANT: City codes have changed. Users updating from previous versions will have to look the city code again at http://weather.yahoo.com , and reconfigure the module.
