Wholesale support in Ecommerce

Hi,
Following feature would innovate EC4 into a more useful module. Currently the module is successfully handling online retail sale but does not has any support for Bulk/wholesale sales. Only a few minor alterations would do the required Task.

Firstly in store configuration, one uniquely selectable modes of (1) Retail online Sale (2) Bulk/Wholesale booking can be made available.

Secondly, one logical modification in name of exiting function within same framework can be made which would do the task perfectly.

With mode (2) of bulk/Wholesale booking, the text name of "Add to Cart" would show "Add to Booking ". - The function of this link would be same as add to cart - It would add products to cart with SKU/ID & product value. The text name of Cart can show as Order Book. The Cart would show " Process Order " in place of checkout.

Processing order would put the selected product on hold and would keep this order pending for approval by seller. When user would finish selecting his choice, he will place his order by Book Order link. The seller would then check this pending order and would approve this order partially or fully. The approved products would show sold and unapproved would be put off hold. Above function can work with or without online payment because most of wholesale business works on credit lines.

I have already searched the drupal.org, no module or combination of module offers such function which is very important as a lot of business operates on wholesale business model and these functions alongwith reliability of EC4 can be a matchless option.
