Issue Summary
Hello, I am a drupal newbie, so any help would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to create a theme that has a standard background image, like the one at http://www.bandofhorses.com. Does this theme development module have any way of doing this, or could anyone recommend a way? I want to create a site that looks the same. Please Help!
