Set to premium after two weeks?

Description
Would it be possible to set all content to premium after 2 weeks, but still flag selected new content as premium as well?
What I really want to be able to do is to choose which new content is premium, but have everything become premium after 2 weeks. Right now if I set stories to become premium after 2 weeks, I can't set any new content to premium right now.
I know that may be weird, but I'm trying to offer selected new content as premium, and have all of my archives become premium automatically.
