Duplicate registeration with Signup and RSVP.

Description
When one registers for an event using signup, one can register for the event again if reply to invitation from host. So the host will recieve two registeration from the same person.
Is this a bug or did I just not configure properly? It seems that the two modules are not communicating properly.
I have signup, RSVP , RSVP plugin for signup, Event, views, Calender.

Thanks for your reply but according to the forum, the patch is already integrated into RSVP2 with the plugin. But it doesnt work. There is still duplicate registeration with using Signup and RSVP2
