Description
As uploading a different thumbnail to display is quite rare for me, I didn't want the Video Custom Thumbnail to be cluttering up too much of the screen space.
I made a small patch that allows you to configure the default display of the Video Custom Thumbnail: collapsed / not collapsed.
By default it is off, as per the original module default.
