Not getting full height on background in IE7 -- Could be bug report!

Hey everyone. I browsed the issues queue for this briefly and didn't see anything. There are definitely a fair bit of issues, but this appears to be an issue that lightbox USED to have, but suddenly has again (for me at least).
Site where the issue can be seen:
In IE7 when you click on a photo the greyborder is only done to 100% height (aka one screen's height). It does not do the entire document height, like it does in firefox. I've tried removing a few things here or there, such as background position fixed (why not try everything...) and it didn't fix it. Not quite sure where the issue is stemming from now.
I just disabled CSS aggregation on the site so in firebug you'll see the proper code lines for everything in CSS. Please let me know if you see anything I did wrong. If we can't find anythnig, then I guess it's a bug report!
