Easily search members?

Hi,

I'm looking for a module, that can display in a sidebar, that allows filtering the members of my drupal website through a series of options. Like:

Show users based on:

- Age [select by dropdown menu]

- Country [select by dropdown menu]

- City [select by dropdown menu]

I have been looking quite intensively through the modules on drupal.org but I haven't found it yet. Perhaps I'm looking in the wrong direction, for I would be surprised if a module like this doesn't exist.
