Only showing the first 86 terms or so

Any idea why my taxon. block would only show the first 86 (give or take one or two) terms? Oddly, if I take a first level term and make it child of other, I get one more term to appear at the bottom.

So I have something like 20 first level terms showing, some of which have children and some don't. If I take a first level and make it child, my total terms goes up one, but the first level terms says at 20.

Ideas on what would do that?
