Comment replies appear twice

Hi, after upgrading to 6.13 today, all comments and content replies appear twice on my site.
I have disabled comments subjects and deleted the subject code from the comments.tpl.php page in the latest module version of Advanced Forum, which I also just uploaded.
All comment replies still appear twice, the entire body of the comment, not just the header. Does anyone have any idea as to the cause or a third area where I can disable this behavior?

Okay, The answer is this, for anyone else having this issue: The most recent upgrade to FIVESTAR COMMENTS MODULE breaks the COMMENTS Module in 6.13. Disable the fivestar, and you'll see the problem is fixed. You must have the second-to-latest fivestar comments module ONLY in order for this to work. That is, until the Fivestar people fix that bug.
