need help!! the "still frames" of uploaded youtube videos are not visible on "homepage'..does Drupal have a module ?Plz help,Tha

Hello, I am building a new website using drupal,which helps you upload videos,But we have a mojor issue..after uploading the video,we are unable to find a solution which shows the "still frame" of the shot video like youtube etc...My programmer feels that " we need to Change the link 'Click to view Video' to show instead a snapshot of the video like on YouTube? I have a possible solution for this that may overcome the fact this is not a feature of the Drupal module. We have the user upoad one image of their home, and the video. The image upload is required. This will be the snapshot the person clicks to see the video. It will have to dountil the maker of the module get's the "snapshot" feature built in".. can anybody pleasee help me with some drupal solution? would be of great help,thanks
