RSVP-ing question

Hello,

I am new to Drupal and the past few days I have spent searching for a solution to this which I cannot seem to find.

I am designing a website for my wedding and trying to make it so that people can RSVP online instead of mailing back an invitation.

I am looking for a way to add a new menu item which basically has a list of names of those invited (which is the easy part). Once they click on their name it should bring them to a page where they check if they are attending or not, if they are bringing a guest, meal preferences, etc. and an entry for their email address.

I would like to have this information recorded in a table which I can view from the website and also emailed to me when someone does RSVP.

Please let me know if you know of a module or something that is capable of doing this.
