even though you still need to refresh the page this eliminates the risk of losing data when you click that with out holding down a shift or ctrl key.
Ideally (some day) it would be ajax so you click it an that field is added to the settings and cleared with out a refresh.
I could take on this addition if it is worth it?

An improved enable/disable feature might be considered for a future version. For 2.x, I'll leave it like it is now.
