how rename a Content Management item & description

How can I rename the "Taxonomy" entry in Administer > Content Management so that its name becomes "Categories" instead? And how can I change the description of this item?
(I am using the default Taxonomy module and not the Category module.)
Try the string overrides
Try the string overrides module. Not sure if it will work, but it is definitely worth a try.
