prefix sub-module names with 'cck'

The cck module depends on a number of 'sub modules' to provide field types. Since admin/modules sorts the available modules alphabetically, the cck sub modules are spread all over the list of modules.

Prefixing the sub modules with 'cck', 'content field:' or similar would result in visually grouping them together.
