Help with Menus

Hi Guys,

Im trying to have my menu's similar to those on the following site www.iafrica.com, I tried using dynamic persistant menus but the menus turn vertically aligned I presume that it could be a theme issue im using the AD the morning after theme, my url is www.4twenty5.com, I am currently using nice menus but I want a different effect similar to that of dynamic persistant menus
