is it possible to download this module without csv? There is no public release... Is this module alive or it is abandoned?

At the moment the module isn't downloadable as it is under development and is a long way off from release. The code has been through several fairly fundamental changes in its early stages.

In terms of "is it alive" - after an active phase in April '09 it's probably been best described as dormant! But I'm just reminding myself of where it got to as I want to move it along again.

I am probably going to skip Drupal 6 now and target this module for D7 only. Primarily because for the module to be of use it will need other modules to support it. It doesn't make sense to target D6 where there are lots of active modules that do the kinds of things this module is intended to enable.

But if it can be stabilised in parallel with D7 then it might provide a catalyst for some great media (object) handling capability, and also interchangeability between modules.

Well, that's the concept :-)
