How to link an image or a flash video streaming so that it is displayed in a blank page, at full dimensions?

Hello, as you can read in the title, my question is: how do I link an image to a blank page, where the picture can be viewed at full size? I mean, I put a thumbnail of my picture and then allow the possibility to click upon it, so that the picture opens in a new page where it is bigger.. how do I do that?? same thing with a flash video.. is there a code snippet I can put in the editor to tell drupal it has to display the flash video in a blank page, where no menus, or blocks are showed, just the player?? I use flah node to add flash content, and I have movie recorded with bbflash... thanks everybody for the efforts!! I hope someone answers me soon.......
