Why displaying Journal (Patch-Journal) entries when status is fixed?

I do see no reason why keeping fixed issues in the list. My suggestion: fixed issues a no longer kept in the 'Patch-Journal'. If the fix is part of the module I think there is no need for this information anymore. It is simply fixed.
