Not sure whether this belongs here or in the Filter Permissions queue, but Permission Select doesn't do anything when Filter Permissions is enabled.

Perhaps it is conflicting with another module, both Filter Permissions and Permission Select are working fine for me.

I think most likely it is incompatible with the Checkall module as I thought I had the same problem, but everything worked once i disabled the Checkall module

Yes checkall example for permissions makes conflict. Not filter permissions.
