Hello again, may I ask another question...

Is there a way to tweak the theme so that sub-chapters menus pull down for EVERY top menu item when the mouse cursor is over that item, doesn't matter what's my current location on the site?
Right now, it only happens for the site chapter the user currently in, which, I think, is wrong in terms of usability - interface stability is violated.
I suppose, it should be tweaked in script.js, but there are few comments, and so far I couldn't figure on my own.
