Issue Summary
My question is about the content of the "Date formats" tab: is there any solution to have a date format (the longest one, at least) displayed according to the different languages used?
If I am forced to use numbers only (e.g.: 06/07/2009), a "solution" could be to allow us changing the order of day and month numbers. In English, the month number is often the first one, them comes the day number (and the year). In French, as you probably know, the day number is always displayed before the month number.

Not sure how this applies to the faceted search module, but site-wide date formats can be internationlized enabling the date module and date locale (part of the date module package).
This adds a locale settings tab to the date & time config page.
