Right sidebar is listed as an available region, but it is not displayed on the rendered page.

Please note that there is no provision for rightsidebar in the theme. It is just being listed in the available region.

I just ran into this today. It is confusion as-is. The theme lists the standard region set but only appears to support left sidebar and below content.

If the theme is not going to support the regions (which is fine), the extraneous regions should be removed from the list. This patch resolves that confusion.
