We need a site to manage the Drupal Kata program. The required features/functionality of such a site could also serve as a phase I for what will become the Drupal Dojo.
After recent review, it seems like most of what we're looking for has already been built during the CMS showdown @ SXSW (http://www.cmsshowdown.com/). Instead of re-inventing the wheel, we plan to build off this site (possibly in collaboration with their original team) and commit any improvements/modifications back to the community.
A draft of the site spec can be found here - we will also post a wiki on the pertinent Drupal groups.

gusaus commentedAfter a great demo and long discussion with Kristof, we've decided that Spezzle (http://spezzle.com/) will be the perfect platform to host the Drupal Kata program. Being the new platform offers some great features beyond what we were considering for the initial Kata site, we'll have to reevaluate the specifications for both the Kata as well as the Drupal Dojo site.
This again is the draft for the Kata site - http://docs.google.com/View?id=dg9292rd_13g928smhv

gusaus commentedThis wiki lists many of the features/functionality envisioned for the Drupal Kata site - not sure exactly how this overlaps/complements Spezzle in it's current state -
