Release notes

Once again, I changed tons of things around...

- The theme now works like ZEN : there's a base theme, and a theme starter. you could start with the base, but it is recommended to start with the starter kit for easier upgrades.
- The framework changed a lot too, more simple, and more stable. We're close to the BETA.
- I removed the examples.
