I'm guessing that e-mail address doesn't get a lot of love nowadays. ;)

Is there someone else who maintains contrib nowadays, or should we lop that question off?

I wuold still love to see a team of about 5 people managing this. Nothing official, nothing with "membership cards etc". Just a unch of people on -infrastructure, who feel like keeping an eye on this

What about changing the mail addy to infrastructure@drupal.org?

I think that's a reasonable idea. It is a wider audience and even though not everyone on the list could change it it would be less likely to get lost.
