Every article I've seen suggests using Simplenews, which looks great, until you find out that to send HTML newsletters, it relies on Mime Mail, which only supports Drupal 5.

I can't find any other module that will allow me to send HTML newsletters from Drupal.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

Judging by the usage statistics for the d6 dev version of mimemail, I would say it's worth trying out.

Did you have any luck using MimeMail dev version?
We are also having trouble sending nice looking HTNML newsletters including text, images, graphics, and we can't find any module that allows that.
Can you help?

I'm having reasonable success using SimpleNews with http://drupal.org/project/htmlmail

I install both modules but I still cannot send email with HTML. Is there something else I need to do in order for it to work correctly?
