bringing back lookup redirection, uri as arg for lookup

Patch brings back redirection on lookup by changing the menu entry to point to a different function that calls rdfproxy_lookup with $profile and $uri (patch also adds in $uri as a variable so functions calling this from elsewhere don't have to set the $_GET).
Attaching patch and current rdfproxy_module since the patch was done well after some of the parts of the patch were do
ne, so the patch is aqward.
Also attached the .module file that includes all my issues changes together.
