Issue Summary
After signing up for the event posted at http://groups.drupal.org/node/23858 I received the following email.. I rarely/never sign up for gdo events, so I'm not sure how widespread this is. I also confirmed this with a coworker. Here's the message:
Thanks beeradb for signing up for our event. You will be reminded 1 day before the event.
