When I log in as the site admin the Primary links menu disappears. I've tried loggin in as other users and the menu remains on the screen. This problem is only affecting the site admin and only happens in IE6.

I can't see how this would be a nice menus issue per se, but rather a visibility or theming issue. If it only happens in IE6 that would lead me to believe something in the CSS is going wonky.

I am actually experiencing the same problem. When I am logged in and the administration menu is activated, my nice menus disappear. They're still in the sources code, just not visible in the browser window. This only happens in IE 6.
