menu goes away when logged in as admin

When I log in as the site admin the Primary links menu disappears. I've tried loggin in as other users and the menu remains on the screen. This problem is only affecting the site admin and only happens in IE6.
Thanks in advanced for any help!

I can't see how this would be a nice menus issue per se, but rather a visibility or theming issue. If it only happens in IE6 that would lead me to believe something in the CSS is going wonky.
