Section Menu on the left Side

On the left side of the screen it currently only shows the Primary Menu for me (probably because I don't have a Secondary Menu set up). It would be great if the current section menu was over there, as well. For example, if I am on a Site Configuration page such as Adminstration Theme, then on the left side there would be a menu of all of the Site Configuration pages. (Image attached for clarification.)

I really like this concept and I look forward to using this as my main administration theme. Thanks for all your hard work on this.
