Description
When I tried to move a task, I got "warning: mb_strlen() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in "xampp\htdocs\drupal\uts\includes\unicode.inc on line 404."

If I remember correctly I asked chx about that and he wasn't sure why that occurred. Seems like core bug, perhaps I should look into it more.
Shouldn't effect the end result.
