I have set the entry form to be on a seperate page, but it still shows on top of the guestbook page (instead of showing a link).

It was working for me in the 6.x-1.1 but I had to update to 2.x-dev in order to be able to edit entries.
In 2.x-dev the sperate page setting is no longer for me either.
