Menu items become visually malformed

Description
I'm running into a problem with the DHTML module. It is visually altering my links! Not sure what kind of bug this is, but check out the screen shot I captured. You can clearly see the text is malformed in the WEBMASTER menu item, additionally it is even more malformed when my cursor is over the sub-menu item "Administer Email"
