Issue Summary

While deleting a replacement rule, you get this error:

PHP Fatal error:  Call to undefined function _customfilter_delete_rule() in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/dr6/sites/all/modules/customfilter/customfilter.admin.inc on line 207
