Large blank area to the right

Description
The "Left sidebar" region is on the right. The "Right sidebar" is listed as available but not displayed. In addition, there is a bizarre "Homewforsale"; is this an artifact from a real estate theme?
I'm using Drupal version 6.13 and the latest version of Cool web, downloaded from http://www.neerjasoftwares.com/Drupal-Themes

More than one third of the rendered page, on the right side, is consumed by whitespace, with a large green region above it. Please see the attached image. This wastes valuable screen space, and makes the page as a whole unattractive.
