FCKEditor and File Attachments don't appear

I have FCKeditor - WYSIWYG HTML editor 6.x-1.3 with Ajax 6.x-1.14 and Outline Designer 6.x-1.0-rc3. I enabled FCKEditor plugin (see permissions attachment). I have checked everything in Ajax settings (see ajaxSettings attachment).

Yet, when I open a node in Ajax, I don't see the FCKEditor, but rather two body boxes (see ajaxEditBody attachment below). Is this a bug or am I missing some setting or does ajax not work yet with this version of fckeditor?

Also, the file attachments also don't appear when I open the node using Ajax. See ajaxFileAttachments attachment.
