Display the human-readable name for the content type instead of the machine-readable name

Great module, thanks!
It would be a little more user friendly to use the human-readable name for the content type when selecting the type to convert too, instead of the machine-readable name. This is particularly useful when the human-readable name has been changed to be more "user friendly". Such as book being renamed to "Document".
