So just switching over from the tinyMCE module to Wysiwyg w/tinyMCE. everything worked fine with tinyMCE module, but wanted to switch over to this for various reasons.
for some reason all I get are the basic buttons to show, despite all I have enabled, or not enabled. doesnt seem to make a diff.
The editor shows up, on the bottom of the "body" window, even though I have it checked to show up on top.
havnt seen any errors in the logs.
pardon if this is a duplicate entry, I checked the forum, but didnt see anything that pertained to this sitch. sorry if I missed anything.
Im' a little new to using the Wysiwyg API, followed all directions, and FAQ, but havnt found anything that pertains to this.
thanks for any help!

butteryak commentednever mind.
disabled, and re-enabled and now it works.
odd.

twodHmm, might have been a cache issue?

greenmachine commentedI experienced the problem described. In my case I needed to upgrade from jquery_update 1.0 to jquery_update 2.0 before things would work as expected.
The wysiwyg module readme actually states this requirement, but the drupal.org/project/wysiwyg page said "no dependencies" for the 5.x 2.x branch.

pschopf commentedNone of this works for me. All I see are the basic buttons below the editor window, but they don't work. I have tried disabling/re-enabling, made sure jquery_update is 2.0
Using wysiwyg 5.x-2.0 , tinymce_3_2_5
