after the user votes,I'd like to see a field with the results like "49% user1, 51% user2", or maybe just the result, "the winner is user2" in this case.
I need to use this for the "employee of the month" voting system.
Any help will be much appreciated.

Also, you'll want to post in the appropriate forum-- many people seem to think posting support questions to the "module development" forum is a good idea for some reason. If anything, you'll have less eyes on it there.
