Integrating dynamic block module with video module + index module

Hello.
Please check this website - http://www.llamacall.com, you can see a STATIC example of what I am looking.
I need someone who knows how to integrate videos inside dynamic block module.
My requierments:

1) In the front page there should be a dynamic block with videos + text, each time the page will refresh, other video will be shown

2) Help me to choose and maybe modify a module which will give the users ability to search for specific page, example:

I have a page that have educational content which fits grades 7-9 and is about green technology,
Another page which have content which fits grades 8-11 and is about animals

I am searching for a module which one could choose (example) grade 9 and he will see the title of this two pages, if he will nerrow it
to grade 9 + animals, he will get only the second page.

Thought of using cck + viewes.

In the event you want to try this yourself, your item #1 can be done with Views--you can create a Block which is a View. You make the block on the View edit page.

For #2, the standard advanced search in Drupal can handle this if your "grade" and "subject" are each taxonomies. Or a View with exposed filters can also do it.
