I see that the "previous value" marker is hardcoded to "gray" in the code. I wish to change the default marker which appears when clicking to set a location. Any hints on what I would need to change here ?

This would be a gmap issue.

There are options to set the marker type for views per node type/cck field but not for the node edit screen.
I'm fully in location module mode right now so I'll have to come back to this later to look into it further.
