Role listed as part of the user in user list

Hi!
When I import users and select all to be assigned a role (in my case the role assigned is called "invited user"), I notice that listing users at /admin/user/user causes the links to their profiles to show up as
"John Doeinvited user"; "Mary Smithinvited user" and so forth. Note no space after last name and role.
The link is correct and takes me to their profile, however.
any ideas?

On a side issue (nothing to do with this module really), I am unable to edit usernames containing a space and would like some direction as to where to place this issue, see http://drupal.org/node/476752
