Discounts don't pass to Google Checkout

I have a scenario where I have a discount based on a conditional action (by date and node id). When I place the product in the cart, the discounted price appears. I have disabled UC's checkout method so that I can use Google Checkout. When you click the Google Checkout button, you are taken to the Google Checkout page which lists the item at it's non-discounted price, ready for checkout.
