I have set a specific content type's Collection settings to:

Location name: Allow
Street location: Allow
Additional: Allow
City: Require

When only a Location name and a City has been inputted, there will no newline be printed between these two values on node view. Only if a Street location is also given, each field's value will be printed on its own line.

Please check to see if this is still a problem in the new release. If it is, reply with a new summary and set the status back to active.

Yes, problem still exists in the final 3.1 release. The street location is required in order that a newline is printed after the location name.

We should be able to get a patch in to fix the newline problem.

This reminds me of another issue... ah, this one about the comma. Wonder why we didnt notice the newline issue there.... #310828: Please remove the extra comma betweeen the state/province and postal_code

This would probably be a good issue for someone to dip into making and testing patches for location.
