#503496: Need better sid generation in UserBlocksUnitTests->testWhosOnlineBlock() #395472: Plugin Manager in Core: Part 1 (backend)
We need to confirm this postgress issue is not blocking. #495956: system.install incorrectly assumes ANON and AUTH RID are always sequential
Filled a patch for first, not sure on second...long issue, third appears to be ready to go.
I have been taking them with: 'PIFR 2.x blocker'.

#505624: search_update_totals() should be more robust
That was my patch - this pgsql problem is fixed in 7.x HEAD.
Re-opening as there are issues (above) still needing work.
#509736: Make sure all settings are present at run time
#509736 is not an issue.
It looks like the registry in D7 cached the old class name and the PHP script tried to call that. After a fresh install of HEAD I can't replicate the problem.
No remaining core blockers known (except SQLite, and they're not being considered a blocker right now)
Automatically closed -- issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
